Digital Citizenship - Digital Footprint:

• Go to this website and complete the Digital Footprint tasks:
• Complete the 05 I Googled Myself Activity 
• Complete the 06 Questionable Tweet Activity 
• Read the article 07 Can we legislate stupidity? Or at least educate kids on it?
• Write a blog post about a "typical" teenager's social media usage. Based on their posts, pictures and tweets, what might someone who doesn't know them think of them?

Digital Citizenship Cyberbullying:

1. Watch the the videos "Stacey's Story -- When Rumors Escalate" and Is Ricardo a Cyberbully?
2. Use information from the videos above and the Stop Bullying website to complete the Cyberbullying Notes 
3. Read the Cyberbullying Article and Complete the Cyberbullying Reading Activity  
4. Create a blog post: Should our government allow schools to punish students for off-campus cyberbullying?

2. You are going to create a PSA on Digital Citizenship using a Web 2.0 tool called PowToons .
3. When creating your PSA some of the questions you should be asking yourself...
   
   1. How can you grab the viewer’s attention early and hold it?
   2. How can you make your point clearly and concisely?
   3. How can you offer and propose specific actions your audience can take?
   4. What is the importance of using and offering accurate facts?
   5. How can you propose behavioral change?
